Playmats Have Been Re-Sent!

Greetings Backers!
After going through *two* new batches of playmats from the manufacturer, we finally got a set that are properly printed and undamaged! Here is a photo of one:
We immediately printed out new shipping labels for all of you who need a replacement, packed them up, and sent them out! Here they all are, waiting for FedEx to pick them up:
The majority of you should get yours some time between Christmas and New Years. The stragglers, and those being sent outside the US, will probably arrive the first week of January.
I apologize for the frustrations and delays on this issue. I think we've finally gotten the factory to change their production methods and avoid this problem in the future.
Playmat Issues

Greetings Backers!
Some of you let us know that you had issues with playmats arriving misprinted, or with a permanent crease. We have unrolled and examined all of the stock we had remaining in the warehouse, and discovered that this was a hidden defect in a significant percentage of the print run. The factory has been very apologetic, and has agreed to fix the issue. They are currently re-printing a new run of playmats, and will handle them in a different way to avoid the misprints and permanent creases.
If your playmat was affected by any of these issues, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Clubhouse Playmat Damage". The email should contain:
1) Your current address
2) Your Kickstarter email address
3) Your current shipping address
The factory estimates that we will get the new playmats around Thanksgiving, so they should ship some time in early December.
We apologize for this issue! Thanks for your patience while we sort it out!
As a quick aside, the Bottom of the 9th digital app is now available on Steam! You can check it out right here and save 15% on the download until Wednesday, Oct. 18th.

All of the rewards from this Kickstarter have gone out! If you have not gotten your rewards by the end of the week, send an email to [email protected] and we'll make sure that you do!
Some people who got playmats noticed damages and other issues. We looked into this problem in some detail because, although we fulfilled five Kickstarter projects in the past two months with similar playmats, this campaign is the only one that had widespread issues. We have discovered that, for some reason, the factory packed the playmats in a strange way that resulted in damages. Specifically, instead of folding them or rolling them from the end, the playmats were folded in the middle before being rolled. Whatever temperature or pressure environment they went through on their way to our warehouse in this configuration resulted in permanent creases to some of the mats. We will be speaking with the factory about the issue, but in the mean time, if you have this problem with your mat, send us an email and some photos and we'll replace it.

Greetings Backers!
Shipping is continuing to go very well from our St. Louis warehouse! We definitely expect to have all of the shipments out before the end of the week.
Some people have asked about tracking numbers, which only seem to be sent out by the FedEx software intermittently. We have found that signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager helps ensure that you get notifications about the status of your parcel and when it is on the way, so if you are very eager for that information, we definitely recommend singing up for that!
Finally, just as a heads up, all of the bonus Kickstarter rewards for this campaign have been packaged *inside* of the Kickstarter edition boxes that you'll all receive. That includes the Hitters and Pitchers packs, and the Kickstarter promo cards (but not the rewards from the first Kickstarter campaign that some of you picked up). Anyhow, we just wanted to make sure no one was concerned before opening the game box!
Expect one more update from us once all shipping is complete. Thank you so much for supporting us through this campaign!
Time to Play Ball Physically & Digitally

Greetings ball players!
It's official - Clubhouse is here! We are back from Gen Con and just received the pallets of games at the warehouse!
This means, of course, that we will be shipping out pledges over the next few days. Based on recent Kickstarter campaigns we have fulfilled, we have learned a few things. First, there is only a 40% chance or so that you'll get a tracking number, even though we are going to tell the FedEx software to send them to everyone. We are not sure why this is true, and neither is FedEx. Second, the non-US orders will take 7-14 days to arrive, depending on all sorts of factors outside our control. Third, some backers in the EU might be charged customs or import taxes. If that happens, just take a photo of the receipt and send an email to [email protected] with your PayPal email address, and he will send you a refund right away! No one in Canada or Australia is in any danger of having customs charges in our experience.
Bottom of the 9th - On Your Phone!
If you missed the news last week in the Gen Con rush, we wanted to let all you baseball fans know that Handelabra Games’ mobile adaptation of Bottom of the 9th is now available for your iPhone or Android phone!
We worked directly with the Handelabra team to bring everything you love about Bottom of the 9th into the app. All the players are here and the fast pace of the game really shines in this new medium. If you ever wished you could play Bottom of the 9th on the go, the time has arrived!
